DJI Luggage is a luggage manufacturer in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. We build hard-shell and soft-shell suitcases for brands, importers and distributors on an OEM and ODM basis, working in PP, PC, ABS+PC, aluminum frame and fabric. Two 1,500-tonne injection machines and 100% in-house mould making support a monthly capacity of 80,000 units, about 70% of it hard shell, and over 100 x 40HQ containers shipped each year to China, Indonesia, the United States, Germany, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The minimum order is 100 units per SKU, with a 25-55 day lead time from deposit and approved sample, and 30% deposit / 70% balance terms on all order types. Cases pass our in-house physical durability protocol - a 900 mm loaded drop onto a solid steel impact plate, SilentMove wheel runs of 8 km and 4 km, 40 kg and 60 kg static stacking for four hours, and 16-hour neutral salt spray (ISO 9227 / ASTM B117) - and finished cases are sent to SGS for third-party sample testing.
