Aluminum Frame Luggage
Zipperless frame cases with clean vertical shells, reinforced corners, and carry-on to checked sizes.
DJI Luggage builds suitcase, travel bag, and private-label luggage programs around practical materials, components, branding, and packing requirements.
DJI Luggage manufactures hard-shell and soft-shell luggage for private label, wholesale and custom programs. Materials are PP, PC, ABS+PC, aluminum frame and fabric, with zipper and zipperless closures. Output runs at 80,000 units a month - about 70% hard shell - from two 1,500-tonne injection machines and 100% in-house mould making, shipping over 100 x 40HQ containers a year to China, Indonesia, the United States, Germany, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Standard sizes are 20, 24, 26 and 28 inch, supplied as single cases or nested sets. The minimum order is 100 units per SKU and lead time is 25-55 days from deposit and approved sample. Cases pass our in-house physical durability protocol (900 mm loaded drop, -12 °C cold drop, 8 km + 4 km wheel endurance, 40/60 kg stacking, and ISO 9227 / ASTM B117 salt spray) and finished cases are sent to SGS for third-party sample testing. Export packing uses PE/PP dust bags, corner protection at the wheel housings and handle mounts, and silica gel desiccant, produced to EU PPWR, US CONEG and REACH requirements.
Aluminium programmes: where the metal actually goes on a suitcase, and the frame hardness figure to ask for.
Our team supports ABS, PC, ABS+PC, PP, fabric, hybrid, and travel bag programs, including size planning, trims, wheels, handles, locks, lining, and retail packaging.

How the work is contracted: OEM manufacturing, ODM development, and private label production.
Three shell types cover the range. Each page sets out where the material performs and what it costs you.
The most impact-tolerant shell, and the only one that carries gloss, matte and brushed finishes. Holds colour evenly across a nested set.
Heavier and more expensive than PP. A high-gloss surface records scratches, and every new shell shape needs its own mould.
The lightest and lowest-cost hard shell. Flexes instead of cracking in the cold, and recycles as a single material under resin code 5.
Matte, slightly waxy surface with no premium gloss. Lower rigidity, so it needs ribbing, and it moulds to a looser tolerance.
An extruded profile around the case mouth removes the zipper from the weakest point, and case mouth hardness is a testable number.
The highest unit cost and the heaviest option. Extrusion and anodising are outsourced steps, so their queue sits inside your lead time.
