DJI Luggage helps brands turn luggage concepts into export-ready products with OEM and ODM manufacturing support.
DJI Luggage provides four services to luggage brands: OEM manufacturing to your specification, ODM development of market-ready suitcase lines, quality control across materials, workmanship and function, and export preparation covering carton marks and shipping documentation. We work in PP, PC and ABS+PC, aluminum frame and fabric. Two 1,500-tonne injection machines and 100% in-house mould making support a monthly capacity of 80,000 units, about 70% hard shell. The minimum order is 100 units per SKU, lead time is 25-55 days from deposit and approved sample, and payment terms are 30% deposit / 70% balance on all order types - the same terms for OEM and ODM. Finished cases are sent to SGS for third-party testing, and packaging is produced to EU PPWR, US CONEG and REACH requirements. We ship to China, Indonesia, the United States, Germany, Australia, and the United Kingdom, with cases tested to our in-house physical durability protocol.
You supply the drawings or a reference sample; we cut the mould in-house and build to your specification.
