Every case here is built to order rather than sold from stock. The grid shows the structures we currently produce in Bogor, Indonesia — shell material, colour, hardware, lining, branding and retail packaging are specified per programme, so most orders start from one of these and change what makes the product yours. Minimum order is 100 units per SKU, and we supply brands, importers and distributors on an OEM, ODM and private-label basis.

How an order works
100 units per SKU. It applies per colour and per size combination you want produced.
25–55 days from deposit and approved sample.
7–15 working days after artwork and component direction are approved.
30% deposit, 70% balance — the same terms for OEM, ODM and private label.
PP, PC, ABS+PC, aluminium frame and fabric shells. Sizes are 20, 24, 26 and 28 inch, supplied as single cases or nested sets.
Structural testing follows our in-house physical luggage testing protocol, and finished cases are sent to SGS. Those are test reports on submitted samples, not a product certification.
Shell and trim colour, lining, wheel system, telescopic handle, lock, logo method and retail packaging.
PE/PP dust bags, corner protection at the wheel housings and handle mounts, and silica gel desiccant. Produced to EU PPWR, US CONEG and REACH.
