One clear process connects product ideas, sampling, production, inspection, and export preparation.

Luggage production at DJI Luggage runs in stages: brief and material selection, sample development, approved sample, bulk production, inspection, then export packing. Sample development takes about 7-15 working days after artwork and component direction are approved, and bulk production runs 25-55 days from deposit and approved sample. Two 1,500-tonne injection machines and 100% in-house mould making support 80,000 units a month, about 70% hard shell. Inspection follows IQC incoming, IPQC in-line, and OQC AQL pre-shipment checks plus physical lab testing: a 900 mm loaded drop onto a solid steel impact plate, SilentMove wheel runs of 8 km on a cement drum plus 4 km on a cleated conveyor with wear within 2 mm, 40 kg and 60 kg stacking for four continuous hours, and 16-hour neutral salt spray (ISO 9227 / ASTM B117). Packing covers single or nested sets, dust bags, corner protection and desiccant. Finished cases are sent to SGS for third-party testing, and packing is produced to EU PPWR, US CONEG and REACH requirements.

From Idea To Approved Sample

We help brands define product requirements, compare material and component options, and move toward a factory-ready sample with clear production assumptions. This is the path an OEM programme follows, from first brief to approved sample.

Bulk Orders, Clearly Managed

Our production workflow keeps key details visible, including schedule, materials, QC checkpoints, packing requirements, and export preparation. It runs the same way whether the product is defined from scratch or adapted from a running structure under ODM development.
